Opinions on Mix

I think it sounds like you know what you're doing mix-wise, but there's a couple things I don't like aesthetically.

The rhythm guitar sounds kind of muddy. I'd try a different distortion that puts some power back into the song. Also, I don't know if it is an effect on your voice or something else, but it sounds like the double vox tracks are fighting with each other. I'm not the right person to critique if they are in tune (they sound like they may be). Instead, it sounds like some overtones are clashing with each other. Maybe it's some modulation you're putting on it one or both of them? I know Ozzy used some modulation FX on his vox for this song, but you could try something else to make your own version it's own take.

I don't mind the Yeah, Yeahs right before the choruses, but they're not remarkable enough to repeat more than once, where this is a great place to have different lead ins.

Your lead guitar sounds good, but I'd add more dynamics so that when the wah swells you feel it swell in volume a bit more.

I really appreciate all the critiques. You guys are giving me suggestions that my friends won't. All I hear is "Dude thats great" and while I think it is great. I know it could be better. So thank you all. I will be working on some things that you guys mentioned to see what comes out. Next week or two i'll be busy so won't get much done. But if anyone is interested keep up to date on this thread i'll be posting another version soon(and it will be somewhere other than myspace).

And just to clear up anyones confusion..It is an ozzy song which was covered by Black Label Society(Zakk Wylde's band for those that don't know). So we kinda done it a mix between ozzy's version and Black Label Society's version.
