Yeah I dont play with wierd tunings, but I thought the two I know would be more helpful than a big arrow.

I don't use alternate tunings much except for slide, this is my favorite; 6-D, 5-A, 4-D, 3-F(for a minor, use F# for a major) 2-A, 1-D. I've tried picking around with this tuning with some success but like I said, I use it for slide a lot, especially good on blusey things. Another one you might want to try is a standard dobro tuning; 6-D, 5-G, 4-D, 3-G, 2-B, 1-D. Oh yeah, the first one I listed is in D open and the second is in G open. There are lots of others but both of these are pretty common, hope it helps.
