Hello, I have been reading and hearing about musicians for hire for online recording sessions. I was wandering if someone could point me in the right direction to a website were you could post that I am available to play. I was looking at session players.com but that looks like it is a place to hire like famous professionals. I have all the necessary tools a producer would need for a keyboard player. I would do all of my recordings in Pro Tools 8 LE. Thanks for your help:)

You can put something up on E-Session

I'd also try posting on the various recording forums, some have a section for that sort of thing.

If you need drums, I do session work as well. :)

I think soundclick has something like that, where you can search for session musicians in your area.

Man, how I would love to find a drummer that I could work online with. Can't believe all the trouble I'm having simply finding a drummer to lay down tracks.

I can play and record a variety of instruments, but I don't like playing other people's crap, so I'm your guy!

I am always trying to find musician for hire. Thank you for taking the time to write this post. It's just what I was looking for. Truly awesome post.

Hi,
I'm sorry if I'm bringing a post from the past but this looks like something that most of you would like to hear about.
I just founded a new service called 10beats.com
It's an online marketplace for freelance musicians and audio professionals.

I apologise if this is against the forum rules. Hope to see you there.

Well, kind of against forum rules but if you were to post it (which you did), this would be the place.

Many of us here have businesses that make money for services. But we also collaborate and help each other out as a community. It is best to link your website in your signature line, and contribute to other members of the forum. That is allowed. Spamming services in forum posts is frowned upon. Deliberate spamming results in banning. The revenue that makes this site possible, is from paid advertising, therefore free posting of any 'paid for' services is not really allowed.

You went about posting this in the right fashion, so I see no reason to remove the post. Just don't push it. :)

Welcome to the forum Omri!

:D
