Just curious if anyone "collaborates online" trading parts with each other? If not what sites are good collaboration sites. I am a guitar player / bass player. Not much of a vocalist or lyricist however. My style is in the vein of the replacements, wilco, son volt, toad the wet sprocket, (black flag when I'm feeling a little youthful). I pretty much write all the time. I lay down drum tracks with either drums on demand loops or beta monkey. I like both of them but I can't seem to get that dynamic of playing with a live drummer. Anyway, I'd be willing to trade guitar parts or bass parts (with the exception of slapping and popping) with anyone interested. Specifically a drummer / singer / lyricist.
