One more try!

Hey man. If the name of this thread is "One more try", I guess that means you've posted it before. I didn't hear it the first time, but it knocked me off my ass this time. I love the vocals, and the tune's got great energy. Good drumming. I'm not a guitar player, so I might be not understanding what you're going for, but the guits sound dissident, or maybe even out of tune, but that might be what you're going for. I also don't like the guitar sound, but again, maybe that's the sound you're going for. Bear in mind, I don't usually listen to this type of music, so I can't compare with other bands of the same genre. But, it's a great tune, great playing...awesome vocals, too!

i liked it man...catchy tune....now im gonna be having this tune stuck in my head all day...excellent shit!

I remember this one NL. I like it a bunch. Very cool, hard edge to it. Nice.....

RoCK!!

Nicely done. I'm not the biggest fan of DI guit but sounds good nonetheless.

I learned something listening to this. I usually listen to music at what might be considered a pretty low volume. Pretty much the volume at which a classical guitar would sound realistic in the room – that’s just my built-in frame of reference. I think it has gotten in the way of hearing fully the character of some songs. I just happened to crank it up and was struck with the difference. Previously to that I thought it was lacking in midrange richness. At the higher level it changed the balance and leveled it, especially the way the guitar fits in the mix.

After that, my only comment is that the drums maybe could have more high end to them. I'm thinking though I probably should turn it up a notch before saying any more.

I guess I should apologise. I'm the only one that made a comment about the guits sounding a little off. I guess I missed the point, and they're supposed to sound that way...Either way, it's an awesome tune, love that vocal performance especially.

Rami, I thought you put across your initial comments very tactfully and with a good balance of + and -. I mean, all you can do is say how you hear it at the time.

This version is better than the first one. The drums just don't do it for me. They lack definition as if they were recorded with overhead mic's only. The kick and cymbals are ok but the snare and toms are distant and muffled. The rest of the instruments and the vocals are pretty well balanced.
