onboard sounds

Maybe a stupid question but i quess thats allowed here.....

I use cubasis 4.0 and a roland xp30 synth.
I can play the sounds of all the vsti's and the universal sound module, but how do I get to play (and hear) the onboard sounds of my xp30?

Run audio cables out of the XP to your mixer. Connect the MIDI ports to your computer's MIDI interface.
