on my way

Cool stompin' groove goin' on there.....sounds like someone stompin' on a wood porch. The guitar panned right doesn't bother me at all......but I'm a big fan of the way Hendrix panned stuff so I probably don't count....still, to me it sounds fine.
I also don't hear intonation problems in the vox......that's just a loose style........I prefer that to an always just so precise type of vocal but that's a matter of taste.

Nice work......I'd like the low mids cleaned up a little.....it sounded a bit 'boomy' overall to me.

Sounds like the product of a Dylan/Petty copulation....I am going to say that Dylan was giving and Petty was receiving - for the simple fact that D holds dominion over all posterity!

My head hurts.

Dorbo, Im sure you have remixed this a few more times since the last posts. Its sounds fine to me. The acoustic on the left could come up just a tad. I thought your vocals were good and fit the song well. Not sure I like the gtr panned on the right but if the left gtr was up a tad , well you know its really about preference.
all and all good work.

very nice dobro. haven't heard you play electric guitar yet. i really like the vocal sound you're getting lately. very up front and present.

btw, finally just sent you the money for the cd.

Nice work as usual. Love your style. I really enjoyed the vocals.

I might lower that right guitar, but then again I am listening on headphones where I think the distraction rate is higher on big pans. The panning fits the style so keep it.

Great work once again.

there's something really good about your sound.. it always sounds clean and smooth.. it's hard to make a mix call but it sounds good.. actually the vocals are a hair too low.. it's hard to pick out all the lyrics.. I wanted the drums to come in.. cool song.. the vocals are a bit low..

Looks like I didn't head this one off at the pass after all, but I'd like to thank the people who responded anyway.

I've added lip trumpet to make it less ponderous, and I'm in the process of persuading someone I know to do some brushwork on snare. I'll post it again if my persuasion is successful.
