On Demand CD Distribution Sites

I need a site that allows me to upload MP3's and artwork set a price and allow my customers to buy the CD directly from the site in question.

I know of MP3.com and Cafepress but I want to weigh out all the pros and cons on a number of sites.

If you could take the time to link me to all the sites that offer these services you know I would be very much grateful.

British sites are ABSOULUTELY IDEAL. However I will still look at American and other European sites that offer these services too.

Yeah but I want to sell proper hard copy CDs... can anyone else help?
 
The problem with Mixonic is they seem to only distibute to US, and most of my buyers will be English.

Thanks David Hooper for your help. Anybody else with any it is VERY appreciated.
