On a budget, and need 2 mics.

My voice has changed alot from what it used to be, so now I need 2 mics.
I have a mid-low voice when I talk or rap, but a voice something like Musiq Soulchilds when I sing.

I have about $400 to spend on both, any suggestions?

The Cad line falls in there as does some SP stuff as does Audio Technica 4000 series

I'm with Big Kenny. Audio Technica 4040 and maybe that multipattern CAD (M179 I think). A touch above budget.
