Omni Studio w/ Delta 66 on eBay? Good Deal?

I was looking for a plain delta 66 and I can across this for only $150!! Is there something in the description that I am missing? Is it a crappy card? How come only 1 bid so far?

If this is a good deal and a quality card I really want to get it. Just thought I would run it buy some of you, see what you think.

by the time it sell, it probably wont be anywhere near $150...if it is and it works, its a great deal......

I sold the same thing on ebay not long ago and the final price was somewhere around $325. It's $400 new, so I don't think, assuming it's in good condition, it would go for anywhere below $300
