omni studio or delta 1010

im in a 4 piece band, i do pc recording with my acoustic and midi keyboard using a sblive now, which is workign ok, but not that great. so im wondering, would a omni studio do ok for us, or do i need to just fork out the extra money and get a delta 1010. the drummer has a 12 piece set, me and the other guita palyer have mesa boogie dual rectifiers, and the bass palyer uses a mesa boogie amp as well. maybe this is more information then ya guys needed, but i want to make the best choice. thanks

do you want to record a track at a time or "live" , the whole band at once?
If you want to record everyone at once ever and can swing the extra cash definately go with the 1010, you will need to buy extra pre-amps and such, but even with the omni box you will need another mixer to record 4 tracks at once.
Ive got the omni box and have wished i saved up for the 1010 more times than i was glad i saved the money
