Hi

It's a very interesting song. I like the progression and the emotion. You need to do some polishing as it sounds more like a draft than a finished product. It definitely has some potential.

Cool song, great intro ( if a little long). Bump up the vocals in the mix, obviously, and polish it a bit more overall.
 
Very nice piano. Bring up the vocals a bit. This could be really good. I don't think your overdub is as good as your first vocal take, maybe leave it with just the one.

Sort out the guitar, you have alot of ideas going on with it.

Nice solo too, if you tidy it up a fraction, very cool. Sorta reminds me of The Unforgiven.
 
I couldn't get through the whole thing, but what I heard was decent. Keep playing with it............the song that is.
