Old CEP 2.1 CD-burning plugin

Arrgh. I reinstalled CEP on this computer a good six months ago and tonight, for the first time, I realized I didn't save the old CD-burning plugin anywhere. Is it archived anywhere online for download?

It's a lot easier than setting ranges, batch-processing the files, opening Nero and burning the CD that way. In the old days, there was just this flaming CD button on the toolbar. I don't even remember installing it, I think it was installed automatically (?) and it worked a treat. Set the track markers and away we go. Now it's a three-step process instead of a one-click thingamadoo.
