Khomp. I loved everything about this song. I thought it was freakin perfect. Of course I used to do acid when I was younger:D Seriously, I thought it was great!

This was some very creative stuff. Kinda reminds me when I listend to NIN on acid many years ago......This would make some good soundtrack stuff. Good work.

Nice work man. Style of music is right up my allie so I got into it.

Vocals a little... a lot hidden. Didn't get pretty much all of it.

Sounds and Flow awesome. I do find myself wanting you to bust into a rage though. the constantLFO and kick are just screaming for something to follow.

Again.. Good song!

I liked this one a ton! I know I did, cause I listened to it four times. I'm curious if you used all soft synths for the synth stuff in this? Loved the guitar stuff in there mixed with a kinda techno style. The only thing I'm hungry for in this is a little bit of a different break in there but that's just what I'm hearing. Works great as put together and a VERY nice effort as it stands. Nice work!
 
Ok, I took down the 10mb version of this and replaced it with a 5mb version so this may help anyone who hasn't listened but is planning.

Sorry about that, I was playing around with the different bit quality levels on my mp3 encoder.

Myx62 - Thanks for the feedback. Man it would be such a dream to ever get on a soundtrack one day, but i'm thinkin i'd love to get on a video game just as much. Now THAT would be cool!

Axe - I apologize for that large size. I keep forgetting what a chore it is on the 56k lines. Hope it was at least partially worthwhile of your bandwidth. Electronica, i think i like that thanks for the new direction.

Zikes - Zounds, 4 times! I'm glad you gave this repeat spins. The drums and pad hits were done in Fruity Loops ( i think that is a soft synth). Thank you for the review and feedback.

Hey thanks very much Pete, glad ya liked it. No loops on the guits, i used a midi expression pedal linked to a phaser and just moved the pedal up and down reeeeeeal slow (i couldn't make my foot move that slow so i had to lay it in my lap and use my hand, which is possible cuz that riff is all hammer-ons).

The end harmonies I tied the midi-pedal to the pitch shifter. Then I recorded both parts but synchronized the pedal movements for both parts (i used my foot for this one). Thanks again for checkin it out.

..cool drone man. I could hear a big r. guit section slam into this at any moment. I like all of the tones youve got here. The guit tone matches nicely, and that one seems like it would be the hardest to make fit right. ....nice job. this is cool stuff, and different from any of the other cats in here.

I gotta admit when I saw the initial references to Waves and the Maximizer I thought "oh no". But you used them to good effect.

Interesting stuff going on with the vox. Very cool...

I think I'd lighten up the bottom end just a touch.

This thing is huge. Love the rap side-stick snare. Sounds pure K-Tel. The Prodigy stuff nightmare pillows fills with floats don't dispaaair... zion...

Your voice could come up above some of those synth layers... maybe double the track, 1) delay 10-30ms 2) roll-off-lows 3) compressthepissoutofit...

Nice guitar part... fader ride after 2:50... mustcache ride thereafter.

All the young moefoe's are starry eyed and wanting a sharpie'd autograph... scared, too.

nice groove, stays contained real well and leads you to the edge but wont let you slip over. I like the guitar, a bitchy sound especially right before the pedal thing which was cool too. good wide mix and vocal was strong and up, I didnt gel with the one harmony though. The drums didnt distract and worked pretty good but a fat and crisp analog set would also sit well in this.

groucho - yeah i have been going a bit overboard lately with the waves stuff (holy crap i had no idea how expensive it was i figured it would be in the under $200 plug in range). Weird is good.. at least to me. Thanks for the listen.

pantz - Dood I don't know what you are talking about in some of those spots but you are scaring me! :eek: But i will take the welcomed ears and deal with the unsettling feelings later. The comforting thing about being told you look like Chandler is that at least he ended up with Monica (maybe there's hope!). heh!! So anyway i like your freestyle comments, they seem very poetic like a java-shop jive.

oh p.s. parley - To have a discussion, especially with an enemy. Although i like the barley idea better, best to get beer involved as early as possible.
