Oh the horror- crappy punk song

at first i thought the timing issues were on purpose, like to stress how wretched Avril Lavignes music is but..... as the song went on I realized that the timing was that loose. I guess you covered all this by saying that you know it is krappy. You said you threw it together so I won't get all critical. Id like to hear one of you guys cover this song the "real" way, i think that would be more entertaining.

Well, that's the end of that. Sorry Waldo. Honestly, I was hoping this would slide under the radar. Consider it removed.

Wireneck- Harsh. Really harsh. Your first impression was right. I didn't want the song to be polished at all. But, it came out crappier than I intended.

Jotosuds- Exactly. That was the whole damn point to the song.

keerus- in 9th grade, way back when? :D This song is only like two years old. :D

Well it drew enough attention that it was reported to me, along with a note that it was forwarded to the proper authorities...

Can't really get away with something by first saying 'I can't post it over there because I don't have legal rights to, so I'm gonna post it over here and hope it doesn't get caught'.

To me that's like saying 'I care about RP, but who cares about NWR if they get nailed'.

Honestly, I didn't think about NWR. I apologize again. I wasn't thinking. I was just thinking about the looser moderating around HR.com. I didn't really expect anybody to get in any trouble. And I've seen covers in the Clinic before.

But I did some research into it yesterday and realized none of those covers were hosted at NWR. Although I have seen some covers at NWR in the past. I didn't think you minded as much as SLack, or weren't as concerned with being prosecuted. When I saw that you were, I pulled the song.

Again, I never meant to do any harm. I just really wanted to post the song. Sorry.
 
If you 'really' want to post covers, you can, but you MUST get written permission from the copyright own to post them ANYWHERE that the public can get to them.

Check that thread out, there is ways to get rights for dirt cheap, even free.

My last post was a joke, sorry if you took me literally. I said crappy cover because you had Crappy Punk song in the thread title. Maybe I should have put a smiley behind it. Hopefully no hard feelings man
