Jeff,
I couldn't get the tune to play.
Surfin worked, but a couple near the end of your list on Nowhere didn't.
Not sure if this is on my end or not.

Am I the only one with the problem?????

BTW - Dig your stuff.

I'm the first to hear...sweet!

waiting on some 012's myself....

This is gorgeous....simply beautiful....

OH MAN....is this only 1:07 or did I get an incomplete file???

SHIT, I was digging that.....

It IS 1:07

You Bastard...you can't just fade that out at 1:07....!!!!!!!!!!

Takamine makes some great guitars.I have a Takamine EF 400 S 12 String and that thing has always sounded sweet.....Im lookin to get a Classical guitar in the very near future and I'll probably check out the takamines first.

Yeah man,
........you need to keep on keepin on w/ this. Beautiful guit work. Are the patches on this all from the Triton?........very nice, very tasteful.

g

Very nice,the guitar sounds sweet!
Looking foward to hearing the finished song, nice feel to it.

How did you place the 012's?

Thanks.

Pete

thanks again guys

i purchased a korg triton studio last week, (sold my other triton on ebay) :) so im using that now for mostly all my sounds and hall reverb on the board for the guitar. I also got 100' of mogami mic cable and 100' foot of 2524 mog. instrument cable and made some nice cables with neutric connecters... monster cable is just as good, but I like making cables -- so it was a cool project. thats about all the new toys i have :)

im using xy mic positioning. I basically put on the headphones, position one mic head over the other 90 degrees from each other and the mic pointing towards the soundhole is pointing about 2 inches from it.... the mics are also pointing down ~3 degrees to hide some of my emotional breathing :) there are so many different varibles that each setup will be different, so Id recommend moving the mics around a bit til ya find the sweet spot.

I almost forgot... the mic is ~9 inches away... Its a little father than Ive been using in the past... sounds a little more natural.. than the 5-6 inches I was using before

Jeff- you, Guernica, and I ought to do a Triton and acoustic collab this winter after he gets his Triton too. :D

Very nice sound. A good nylon string guitar is something I've been lusting for for a long time.

YEAH!............... That would be coooool. That would be a great way for me to learn alot quick too. I know im gonna be buried in manuals when i get that thing. G

who makes the mc012's? I've been having a hard time getting nylon string tracks because they're so soft. What kind of pre? mixer? sounded great!
