Nuendo monitoring problem

I couldn´t fix the delay problem. Now i´ve got less delay but is still bad. I´ve tryed with other software (N´Tracks) and i´ve got no delay problem......................i don´t know............

i´ve got another problem with Nuendo........................
How can i monitor the input and the recorded tracks at the same time while i´m recording? I tryed diferent options at Preferences/User but i can´t fix it. i can listen to the recorded tracks or the input separated, but not the two together.
What can i do?

1.2 Ghz - 256Ram - 7200rpm
