NT1: Yeeeesh! !

all i gotta say is the nt1 has been a good mic for me. i even tracked vocals on one once to good result. it's not a go to mic but it has its moments.

Just get something that isn't shrill and grating on your ears. Most of the mics we talk about here, with the exception of the Marshall 2001, all seem to do the job just fine

oh, btw Chess...that mangly picture I put in the Mxl2001 thread of the church ladies. That one on the right is the one that sang "Ticket" . ...I wanna think thru that 2001 also, but probably not...I can't remember now...but I think I posted it in "that" thread, at one point. For all the horrid remarks about the singing, I didn't recall one about the sound quality though...did you?...and that makes me wonder about the 2001 bashing sometimes.... anywazz...just thought you'd like the pic!!
