Yeah...JBL's sound great in a Twin as long as you're only really wanting a clean sound.

My '74 Twin came with Peavey Scorpions in it...and they sound just fine.

true words I go for as clean an amp sound as possible due to playing a fair bit of "twangy" country stuff & my XT live delivers all the crunch/distortion/sustain that I need
