I've got the shockmount for my rode NTV cemented onto a crappy mic stand, and i'd like to move it onto this awesome new "Ultimate" stand i just got. It's really excellent... pleasure to use.

anyone have any idea how to remove it? i've tried wrenches, hammers, oil, really big guys....

anybody who has a trick, give me a shout....

depending on the cement try getting it as hot as possible, try a dry right up on it for as long as you think it needs. this probably won't work but did for me and superglue once.
