Hrm... elements pop out too much. The lo-fi bit crunched sounding snare is way too much, and the analog synth bass line is too prominent.

Hrm 1:12 in the song... does the vocals ever start? This is getting boring. No changes.

Oh, at 1:35 the strings go bye bye.

This needs vocals.

As far as a beat goes, it's okay but seems to need more character to its hooks.

The bellish sample is really nice.

That is my main problem, finding vocals. I do agree that without vocals this track and probably all of my tracks will be boring. I think vocals is a huge element missing that will help. (I would hope so). I have been attempting to mix with crappy headphones at my real job. I usually mix with my Yorkvilles when I find someone seriously interested in adding vocals to it otherwise they usually stay in the rough draft stage. Thanks for your honest feedback!
