Hi all, I've just bought an Alesis Q25 USB midi keyboard and really like its compact size and quality feel but the fly in the ointment is one key which makes an awful springy metallic sound when it's released. The rest of the keys are super quiet but this one (bottom C) is so loud when released that you can even hear it above the music when wearing headphones.
Has anyone else noticed this or have I just got a faulty one? The key in question is on the far left and very close to the pitch-bend and modulation wheels so I wonder if something has come loose to cause the noise. I can't believe they are all like that, it would drive people mad.
Any views welcome.
Cheers
