Noise Reduction Software: Cool Edit vs. Sonic Foundry?

I am debating about whether to buy Sonic Foundry's Noise Reduction plugin vs. using the much cheaper Cool Edit 96 built-in noise reduction feature. Is there any significant differences between the two or will Cool Edit do just about as good a job as Sonic Foundry?

The price diff. is $50 vs. $250

Any comments?
