Noise problems

Hey folks :)
Well, i started recording some stuff with poor equipment that i have but i encountered some really annoying noise even if i do not play anything... Just to mention my current setup: integrated sound card, Shure SM58 to mic the guitar cabinet and i use guitar processor to amplify the mic because i do not have a mixer. All the equalizer on the processor is flat, just volume is up... So does anyone have any suggestions on which part of the equipment is wrong and what should i get in order to get rid of the hiss and noise? Any suggestion will be much appreciated :)
 
Intergrated Sound Card and Guitar Processor are your weakest links. You'd benefit hugely by investing in an AI (audio interface)
 
Ohhhh, i see... Could you please recommend some of them, which are 200 or less euros?
