No sound with MK-219

My Oktava mic, in great condition, just won't make a sound! I trade the line with an sm-57 and the line is fine; anything I might not be doing that would make the oktava dead in the water? Or did it take a hit someplace? Everything looks good lead-wise when I opened it up!

Phantom power. No power, no sound. The 57 doesn't use it so it would work.
