I'm ripping my hair out here trying to figure out why Cool Edit Pro isn't picking up a signal from my mic when its plugged into the mic/instr 1 plug. I've set up Cool Edit in the options>settings listing to read 1/2 delta inputs, nothing is muted, phantom power is engaged. What am i missing here? Please help

This happens to a lot of people...(including me)...check for two little buttons marked 'to ins 1,2' and 'to ins 3,4' on the back of the Omni. Depress them. You should be good.
