No sound from my new Audiophile 24/96

My setup is guitar amp > sm57 > behringer UB802 > Audiophile 24/96. The inputs work great but I cannot get sound out of the card's outputs. I have RCA to 1/8" converter attached to ouputs then my PC speakers plug into them. I've made sure , "recording device," and "playback device," is set to the Audiophile in Windows 2k. But when I play wav or mp3, no sound. What could be wrong?

m audio delta control panel

make sure your patchbay/router is on monitor mixer and in the hardware settings make sure the codec sample rate doesnt have "rate locked" checked and that should do it
