Can I use My dusty old Yamaha PSR-320 as my Midi Device?

When you say no MIDI,I'm assuming what you mean is no sound fonts.The Emu has MIDI inputs.
If your keyboard has MIDI connections your set.
You can either use the sounds in the Yamaha or any internal soft synths you may have.
BTW,record the MIDI not the audio and you'll find out what the word "options" is all about.
