I'm looking for a "pro" quality "full key size" (preferably) 25 key MIDI keyboard. I've got an MPK mini, but I don't really like the size or the feel/responsiveness of the keys (synth-action?)
I don't need all of the pads and encoders and such.
I don't really need 49 keys atm since at this point I wont be travelling that far along the keys, and I'm trying not to take up too much space.
Octave buttons will be nice.
I've checked Sweetwater and haven't seen one that seems appealing.
I'd like to find a nice one for $200. Any more than that I might as well shut up and get a 49 key model, right? :p

Ive had the axiom 25 and it was pretty nice, but Ive also had the PCR from Roland and it gives you 33 keys plus a whole load of faders and triggers...keyboard wasnt quite as nice as the axiom, more synth, but still very good, and similar size even with the extra keys (which come in handy)

havent tried the new Roland pro models but the A-300 is the same idea as the PCR and theres one on fleabay for $195??

(for the record I sold my old PCR for $150, not bad considering its use and age so $195 seems a bit of a bargain in new condition)
