Seeker,

I'm just playing devil's advocate here. According to all the best advice I've ever seen it's usually best to place drum tracks to the inside tracks rather than on the outer edge tracks. Less loss.

Anyone else concur with this?

Fitz,

Whoa! Calm down dude. Things a bit slow at the building section?

I fully respect and appreciate your knowledge relative to rooms, acoustics, and I also respect the amount of time and effort you put forth producing Autocad drawings to help other people. You may or not recall that you once chastised me for not using my Autocad skills and familiarity with room acoustics to help others. On the odd occasion, I have done that, but I don't do so publicly.

Everyone knows that you know your shit. You don't need to ram it down everyones throat. When was the last time you ever read Ethan Winer posting anything that resembled, "Godammit! Listen to me. I know what I'm talking about." The same can be said of Harvey Gerst also.

Rick, you have great advice to offer, but I think you need a softer touch at times. Kinda like that Canadian Bear we all know.

Are you getting any closer to finishing your own room and post some tunes?
