Hello all. I am a total newbie as far as Cubase is concerned, but not in regards to computer music. I started making Computer Music in a Yamaha C1 back in the early 90's
. Programs were a lot simpler back then LOL. I'm back at making music after several years, to find that new software is much more complete but at the same time much more complicated.
OK on to my Cubase 5 questions.
Is there a way to have a fixed cursor at the center of the screen while in the Key Editor?. I find it cumbersome to have to click the mouse to advance the screen while playing in the Key Editor
In the Key Editor, when I drag, extend, shorten or move a note, Cubase makes a copy of the note instead of just moving or changing it, so if I want to move the starting point of a note, I drag it, but then I have to delete the original note :0. Is there some setting to change this?
Thanks in advance for your time.
