Newb question - Connecting monitors

Hello,

I have a pair of KRK Rokit 5's monitors which are self powered and an M-Audio Firewire 410. I can get a signal on the FW410 but cannot for the life of me get a sound out of the monitors. It says in the FW410 manual that output channels 1 and 2 are default for stereo out but it just isn't happening. Not only that, but I can't get any sound out of the head phones either. I'm not real sure what I'm missing here but it seems like something so simple.

Also, if I go through a Bluetube Dual Path preamp --> the FW410 --> into Cubase, where would the monitors go in that chain? If they come out of the FW410 then I wouldn't hear what I'm mixing on the inside, unless I re-route the computer back into the FW410........ Aww, I'm such a newb.

in the delta control panel make sure H/W out 1/2 is set to MONITOR MIXER

In cubase make sure your master bus is set to H/W in 1/2

you should be good to go
