Newb Looking for New Keyboard.

Hi im brand new and just trying to make a rap cd, i bought a sampler already which is great, but i bought a keyboard as well, i think its called the ez-50 yamaha. The sounds sounded extremely cheap like an old 70 film and im looking for something with good quality. I prefer a keyboards to have really good sounds with alot of instruments (dont really care that much about features as long as it has midi output) with a nice price. If you guys can give me any recommendation i would gladily appreciate it.
 
what kinda of sampler? That should do everything
 
Not sure that I ever heard of a Yamaha EZ-50, so there's not much I can say about things that are better. It'd kinda help if you could tell us around how much you're thinking of spending. There's a world of prices out there.
 
I have a "MicroKorg" for my Analog Synth sounds. Although I personally don't do Rap music....I have been told (and believe) this unit is great for Rap. It has a mini keyboard but you can shift octives very high and low. It is also great for bass tracks. It has midi in/outs and costs around $400.00 - $500.00.

sorry, i apologize, its called the ez-150, absolutely terrible keyboard when it comes to sounds. it sounds like a playskiil device. the sampler that i have is called a korg electribe S mk II also known as a ES-1 mk II. And for some reason when you hear some of the preset, some of the instruments does have make it go higher or lower. But the sampler doesnt have any piano on it, violin, cello, its just mostly beats thats it.
