I enjoy that the flash site loaded pretty quickly. I had some issues reading the content, especially scrolling. When using the scroll bar to move down on an info page, it scrolled very quickly. So, I tried clicking the up and down arrows at the end of the scroll bar, and those moved me too far up and down, so I skipped some content. Consider revising/slowing the scrolling so that people can easily read all the content you have to share!

I'm using a Mac/Safari web browser, btw.

Also, how is business?! I am very interested in how the "A-z/All In One" business works compared to someone who specializes in tracking/mixing/photography, etc. I have personally been considering drafting a business plan similar to FlagShip, in which we offer many services that bands/musicians could ever need.

Business is good I have a small team working for me to get all of this accomplished.
Thanks for the feedback keep it coming guys.

This is in the wrong foum. I'll move it over to Marketing and Publicity. I take it your looking for feedback on your website construction, correct?? Because advertising in the threads is not allowed.

Thanks,

no im not looking for a ad space there are more well astablished sites out there for that and why would i waste my time advetising to people who have recording studios themselves? I am here to get feedback on my "home" recording studio website to see if there is anything i could be doing deferent.

I like it... just out of curiosity, how much does a Flash site like that cost to make these days?

Free if you have the software and the know how but it ranges from anywere from $45 to $100 for a templet and time for a designer to cusomize it

I think you'd have a really tough time getting a template and a designer to customize the file for under 100$ unless the designer is some hack right outta school.

If you want something like this completely custom it would be a lot more. And if you do have the know how you'll be able to update it but i'll be a pain.

I'd suggest an html site with a cms (content management system) it would easily allow you to update your website. (as easy as copying and pasting your content and uploading pictures and videos)

Most of the effects on this site can be achieved through jquery (javascript) and then you'll have the seo to back up the site and get better rankings in google. Your website is not overly useful if no one can find it.

you can also have a hybrid type site that a certain section is flash and interactive and the "meat and potatoes" content is a regular website.

If anyone is ever looking for more information on this stuff message me. My design business works with a few great cms options and we can also set up blasts of advertising (adwords, facebook ads etc)

oh yeah on that note the site does look good overall. The font on the headings is a little on the aweful side and the scrolling is making me want to punch someone in the face but the layout is nice. Like i was saying earlier though there seems to be no reason why this should be a flash site though. You should at least have an html version of the site.

Also some of the elements (the big round button for example) are pixelated.
