New website for promoting your music

Hey, I just started a new website www.musicollective.com Looking for innovative music from any genre, though I prefer electronica, anything goes. It's literally just begun so don't be put off by the rough edges. Plus if you join the site is democratic, you get to vote on who joins! If you like the idea, send your tunes to newmusic@musicollective.com

I had a look at the site and I have couple questions and observation if you don't mind.
Can only submit music via email? No uploads?
Submit mp3 via email?
The background of your menus is very cluttered making them hard to read.

website revamped . .

website has been given a html overhaul, so take a look again at www.musicollective.com, plus now after three weeks, eight artists on board and counting.
 
so you have to have like full songs to join? you can't just be a drummer or somthing....
 
I actually just looked at the web site and it is pretty bad. Try: oswd.org, templatesbox.com, or go to google and search for "free templates".
