New tune... Live drums in this one

I think for how little time you put into it, it sounds GREAT! Sure, you could do a ton with this one. But, is that your goal? If it is, post an update when it's ready. Your live drums sound fine. You may want to add suttle amounts of verb to the snare and kick to make them slightly pushed to the back. Also, sounds like a tambourine thing being hit once in a while, that could use some bright verb on it. :) Good stuff as usual. :)
 
not bad Joe. I'd recognize those gtr parts from a distance ...that's for sure. It's got those "voicings" you like to use. I agree pretty much with what homeuser said.

shit..I think it is a great start. I get to that point in my stuff and get sick of it. So...what's the secret?:confused:

having said that, i love it. can't wait to hear the finished project. As always, i love your drum mixes. I kinda like how this mix is more "real" and less processed. See ya in voxchat!!!!
 
Oh very very nice. I actually wouldn't go too much wetter on this. It's thick and punchy. And big enough. I'd hate to wash that away with over-processing.

This is a really good mix. Drums sound nice...nice kick.

Could use some harmonies next IMO. But you might still be getting to that.
