might wanna re-record the vocals...they sound a bit out of tune in some parts and a bit hard to understand. the guitars sound harsh to my ears, too midrangey, the mix sounds cluttered in the middle, try panning instruments liberally. dont be afraid to pan hard. especially the rhythm guitars. the overall eq has too much mid range. not a bad song, the mix is just not extremely pleasant on the ears
thanks scrib this info I need as I am mainly a guitarist and dare I say writer. REcording especially computer recording is a pain with a learning curve but I need all the help I can get. I'm definitely going to try out the panning suggestions also maybe you or anybody out there may be able to give me some tips with the overall EQ( you know the midrange stuff). Tha nks again . Gaag
