He's not great but he's not bottom of the barrel either. If you roll with him, expect to put in some serious work on your end and his. Not saying you should or shouldn't because there's pros and cons with it all.

Study his vocal work and then compare it to stuff you already made. This will help you guide into making more beats that fit him. Also he should do the same. He should listen to more of your work to get inspired with new ideas. Most people write a song based on the beat.
