Welcome Steve ..... We all start out that way! ;) You'll be in full swing before you know it.

Steve... wow... another male newbie...

How come no wimmin want to record these days?

Steve, you could ask a searching question, such as "What is the best rap mic for under $100?" as your next post if you want to fit in...

Good luck buddy. A bunch of self righteous, pompous asses here. lol!

Just kidding man. Welcome. It would be cool if there was a bit more boobaliciousness around here tho. Not sure why there are not more women. Maybe cuz of guys like me who make up words like boobaliciousness?

i havent even looked at it like dat why arent there more female producerssss and boobaliciousness o_0

How come no wimmin want to record these days?

A newbie named *ADRIANA* read the board diligently for several days before making her first post. That appears to be how female recorders roll.

And I doubt talking about boobage will encourage them to stick around. Unless their name is Chater-La, of course. She keeps coming back for more.

Welcome Steve, you're in good hands here. Hopefully whatever queries you may have in your recording journey, many of us here will be able to share our ideas and knowledge with you to help you. Have fun learning :):)

thanx everyone. im tryin to post the link for my soundcloud so yall can hear what ive made
but i have to pst 5 topics firsttt

Or just take part in the polls. Even if you hate Beck, Page and Clapton, just vote for one of them ! And then say something profound.

just a heads up...post your mixes in the MP3 Clinic

...and my ears are far from golden, but the vibe was kinda cool. was diggin the "not quite RnB/muzak" groove you had in 'mix 2'.

...P.P.S. the more involved you are here, the more likely you are to find the answers you need. everyone is cool(as long as you have some thick skin)

I'm a bit offended that you would even attempt to call any of us cool D1CKENS! lol.

Yeah, there can be a bit of hazing for a new guy on the forums sometimes. IMO members here just want to believe you actually want to learn man. It really depends on how the initial question is thought out before posting. "How can I get this for free without trying?", will get you assaulted. "I have a low budget and would like to find a way to learn how to accomplish this. I have searched everywhere, but found nothing directly related to my question.", will get you many members willing to steer a new member in the right direction. :D
