evening,
been messing around with adobe audition and what not. what other programs can i use to produce my music?!?! any feedback would be appreciated i can take it.

It's good that you said "I can take it"... Just kidding, kinda.! Anyway here are some tips imho.

1. Try 'Reaper' as your software. give it a try at REAPER | Audio Production Without Limits It is low cost and full featured.
2. Watch your bass levels. You are distorting your track but running so hot.
3. What are you using as your interface and mic?
4. When you submit a mix for us to listen, create an mp3 at LEAST at 192k, not 128k. There are WAY too many artifacts and missing goodness to judge it by.

Sounds like you have an ear for balance, so that is good.
