New soundcard

Will I experience major improvement if I upgrade my SB live card which I have used for recording western guitars and vocals? I am thinking M-audio Revolution or something in that price range - any suggestions or experiences with SB versus other cheap cards?

I'm you will see a difference, especially latency. SB cards have terrible latency in my experience. What do you need from the card? What is your setup? What do you wanna know? What is your budget?

2800 mhz Amd, 488 ram + SB live. Cubase vst is my sequencer. I record acoustic guitar and vocal via a small behringer mixer UB502 with a preamp.
I have started using an M-audio keystation for midi, and there is latency if unless I reduce buffers and thus get noise instead. I can spend max. 2oo dollars
