New song, need opinions

I just recorded 1/3 of this song and would like to hear some critics rant before I go to the trouble of recording the whole thing well...

I think it's a good start. Pretty rough, but has potential.

Not bad. to my ears a good use of compression would go a long way....Keep trackin! sounds good!

Thanks for the encouragement! I'll definitely try to finish it up and repost it with more content and trimmed up a bit .
