New Song - "Julie"

Sounds like you've got some pretty good tracks to work with.....maybe just need to use some compression to level things out..like on the leads..

The vocals could probably stand to be lowered...pretty dominant on my system.

Might bring the drums up to the front a bit too

I know this sounds critical but I think you have some nice stuff to work with, just needs some TLC on the mix....

All of this is of course, JMO!
 
Sounds Great Rough

I thought the song sounded great. No doubt there will be a final mix, but it sounds great as is. I really like the general mood of the song. You guys definitely have a nice touch. Vocals were a little rough a couple of places, and the drums could use a little more punch, but you guys sound sharp.
 
pretty cool song, it kinda reminded me of a mix the clash's "guns of brixton" with the ska feel and drum beat and weezer's "jamie" with the lyrics. i liked the mix alot. i'd agree with the other comments above.
