New song - advice please

This song is pretty basic rock, but I think it moves pretty well. It's another one-man band effort. I've tweaked the mix a bit but could use a fresh set of ears. Thanks all.

vocal effect is a little heavy. i like the vibe in this song though, just seems a little heavy on some of the effects to me, that's my opinion though, and sometimes my opinion sucks. haha, good song man.

Thanks for listening... I used a slap-back echo on the vocal to give it a sort of biting quality, but I can see that it might be over the top. Does anyone know the delay (e.g. in ms or fractions of a beat) that makes for the best slap-back effect?

I like the tune, it does move well. Very nice playing and composition. I agree that the slap back is a bit much. Perhaps rather then changing the delay time, you might consider reducing the level of the delayed signal and leave the dry where it is. Just my two cents. Cool song, I enjoyed it.
