Cool tune! Dig it! Kick-ass riffage.
I just thought your rhythm guitars are a bit muffled in the mix.. I would like them to stick out a bit more. More in your face! I like the their tone though.

Yea, definitely a cool tune! Love the guitar sounds, nice and thick. Was just wondering about the drums though, are they in mono? They all sounded to be in the middle of the mix, and with some great fills in there it would be perfect for some nice right to left stereo imaging going on. The drum sounds themselves seemed really nice, very appropriate for the metal/progressive genre. Didn't really notice the bass much, maybe you didn't want to conflict with the baritone guitar, but would be nice to hear a bit more bottom end punch to really make this song kick ass. Great job over all!

Another vote for doing whatever it takes to get those drums more involved in the mix. I'm also not hearing the bass guitar much in this.

Thanks for all the feedback peeps, I got the bass guitar as loud as I could in the mix before it starts clashing with the Baritone guitar. Because it's in Drop Bb, and the bass guitar was not made to go that low, it gets sorta 'boomy'. Also the drums were made by someone else i met through youtube, so next time i will have him pan the drums more. Thanks again!

They can do some EQ scoops on the bass and guitar to carve out space for each other. It's rarely an all or nothing scenerio with instruments that have overlapping frequency ranges.

You could add some definition to the bass as well so that it cuts through a bit better - for my bass & style 3kH is the sweet spot with a 4Db boost - you should experiment with your mix. A corresponding cut in the guitars would help the situation - EQ carving as Pinky suggested.
You need to find a streamer or soundcloud/click or something as waiting 5 mins for a download from someone I don't know & may not trust isn't a good option on the boards.
A 5 string bass will still sound boomy until it's tidied up by compression and EQ.
You don't HAVE to downtune the bass - you could play an octave higher than the guitar and then have all the definition you need.
Contact you utub drummer and ask him to mix it a little wider then drop it in again.
Finally Aiff files aren't played by most media progs - your chould a) specify the format if you're using something as spedific as that and b) probably use a streamer to avoid conflicts.

Killer recording. Not much I would change. Only the cymbals sound a little thin. Did you use criss cross overheads?
