Please help....I am at my wits end!!

I posted yesterday about converting the mixed audio files to a .wav file so I an OK there. Here's what I am doing - hopefully I am missing a step or getting a setting wrong...??

- Imported a .wav file from a CD(tracks 1 & 2)
- Added keyboard audio (tracks3 ,4,5,6)
- A console automation track was designated for track 7
- Added harmony vocal audio (track 8,9,10)

- Automated the mix of each keyboard and vocal part one at a time using the automation (red button) feature while in play mode.

- saved everthing as a .bun file after right clicking each buss knob on each track and in each buss (I added my effects into the aux busses)

- set main outputs to -0.56dB and set those by right clicking
- set imported .wav tracks to -2 dB (above steps so track wouldn't clip after I added more stuff...)

- resaved everything into same .bun file after checking all pan values (they were at -1 for some reason so I reset all but tracks 1 &2 to 64 to pan center. Tracks 1 & 2 are 0 and 127 to pan right and left.

- highlighted all audio tracks and selected >>export audio<< to convert to .wav

Everything sounds EXACTLY as I mixed it in playback mode BUT.....

.... when I pull the converted .wav file into my Soundforge editor the volume dropped to -12dB!! And...my other parts are gone!! I have the output meters in CW set just below 0dB at playback...

Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on?? I've been working on this same song for 6 hours trying EVERYTHING with the same result...:(:(:(

Please help!!
