New portable digital multi-track

Well I'm not a big fan of the Zoom products that I have tried but I've got to admit this one is interesting.

The biggest potential I see for it is for live audience recordings but it would be great to take along on trips since you never know when inspiration will hit. I think zzounds had their price listed this morning but it isn't anymore if I remember correctly it was about 50% off retail.

Now if they would just make one with good built in preamps and phantom power!

It is an interesting looking item, and for road trips it looks like it could be fun, but at 17 minutes per 64MB card, for audience taping you'd better bring alot of cards for the whole show.

Of course that could be 17 minutes for 3 tracks, so if you only needed 1 mono track maybe you could get 51 minutes out of each card (?).
