New person with questions.

Hi! I need a project... and since im a music freak... i want to make a one man noisecore band... i gots a bass... a nice drum set and a wonderfull scream/growl im also going to have a band sometime down the road...

But anyways.. i need to know what kinda stuff ill need maybe a short breif explanation of how it works... for right now i just wana use something to lay drums and bass and vocals to one thing... and maybe somehow playing with the sound and stuff some effects or soemthing like that... well thanks for your time. i do like this site. its pretty nice.
