Hi everyone. I bought a new PC on Sunday. I own M-Audio Delta 44 audio interface and moved it to the new PC's PCI slot.
Drivers and all this stuff have been updated to my windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. The problem is:
EVERY sound the comes out from the PC makes distortions and cliping. I've plugged my keyboard directly to the monitors to check if the problem is the monitors, and the monitors are fine - the sound is great. Just the sound that comes from the PC have this problem (mp3, games sound, Cubase - EVERYTHING). When I change the sample rate to 32000 hz instead of 44000 hz the sound is good, but from 44000 and above it's aweful!
What can be the cause to this strage case? And how can I fix this? Please help!!!
