I just found this monitor I guess it just came out. What do you guys think about it compared to the other smaller monitors like the dx4, msp3, krk v4?

most of those sampsons suck as monitors. They would make some sweet computer speakers though!

Samson Monitors...
I was needing some budget monitors and this past weekend went to sam ash with the intentions of getting some Samson reslove 50s. Well they have the monitors set up on a switchbox, so I had the sales guy play a CD, and cycle through the ones in my budget ($200-$300 range). The ones that stood out were the ESI (child company of M-Audio) n-Eear 05's. They sounded way clearer and more "alive" than the samsons and small rolands. The samsons sounded boomy and kinda mushy. Might be worth checking out the ESI's.

I have the Resolve 65a. I am very happy with them but they do lack in the low end. I like them better than the yamaha NS10's.

I had the 50a's and found they lacked bottom end response, so I upgraded to the 65a's and am pretty happy with them.
